Uploading pictures

I have had a couple of issues uploading pictures. It says my files are too large. Is there a program that I can use to decrease the file size of my photo, without losing picture quality? Thanks in advance for any help!

Use the URL code for instead of down loading them... Or use google chrome and you can get the URL of any pic
