Message: <blockquote data-quote="missinglink" data-source="post: 4436159" data-attributes="member: 590831">A extra can't hurt.  1 up front for car, mids / highs .  2nd in back on sub amp only.The batteries will see each other still but having the one straight to the subs will damping the draw from the front a little.  When I do an install with duel batteries sometimes I try both ways .  1) I run one line 1/0 from alt to front battery then to the back battery.  2nd I try from the alt 1/0 to the front battery  then 1/0 from the alt to the back. I have had some better results with # 2 cause it is pulling 2 loads from the alt at once rather then one.  It uses the same amount of wire so it dosen't cost to see. Hope it helpsMLA</blockquote>
