Umm, your state's DMV site would be a good place to start...

dude, just go to the dmv in a smaller town....usually there won't be much of a line, thats if their "system" doesn't go down. That happened once, right when I walked up to the counter to get a new ID when I turned 21....f'n sucked, but I knew a few people there
