ok everytime my computer updates itself it automatically restarts itself for the updates to take effect..and when this happens my computer freezes up like its a virus or something..now im getting a pop up thats say updating your computer is almost complete. you must restart your computer for the updates to take effect. do you want to restart you computer now? i keep clicking restart later but every 10 minutes it pops up counting down to restart and i have to click restart later..so when i go to sleep its gona count down and restart itself and im screwed..so is there a way to keep the computer from downloading updates unless i want it too?
