May buy the JVC head unit. I'm kinda a car audio noob, so I am hoping you will first answer this so I can decide.

Am I understanding this correctly: there are RCA outputs on the back of the HU. You plug in RCA wires and run them to a small amp to run the speakers, and then plug the speakers in? Would there still be an RCA output for the sub amp?
