little high. unlocking a storm requires calling 611, getting to the international calling plan people and advising that you wish to use a 3rd party SIM. they read some stuff and you agree and they give you an unlock code entered by pressing MENU, setting, Advanced, SIM, and MEPD, then MEP* and then the code they give you..

storms going for $49.99 on the website now.. I'd throw you $150 shipped.
