Im going to suggest a topic but will not write anything for you. I spent almost 10 years in University with 2 undergrad degrees and 2 masters degrees. You should have more academic integrity than to cheat and engage in academic misconduct.

Despite the 21 year old minimum drinking age, those under the legal age in the united states consume alcoholic beverages...... insert statistics.... Binge drinking is a problem among underage drinkers in the united states and particularly among undergraduate students (like yourself OP) and on college campuses.
In response to this growing problem in 2008 more than 100 university presidents and chancellors launched the Amethyst Initiative which is a program designed to critically analyze the societal effects of the 21 year old minimum drinking age and to propose new legislation to reduce this minimum age..
