The judges should not decide a championship fight..

leave it to the crowd then. i would place bets on it over 50% would say forrest because he had a better fight

He won cause the UFC needs a new face, ever since rampage beat Chuck, they have down played him, I mean his fight againts dan henderson was on cable...They need somebody new to push and put there money behind..period

i disagree. For example someone can land 20 jabs that dont' hurt at all and be "busy" but the opponent can land 5 power punches, cut the other fighter, and have him dazed. To me the 5 power shots get the upper hand.

Plus this is a title fight. No matter what the organization, the title holder is supposed to get the close rounds. That's how it goes. You earn the title, someone has to take it from you, not out-point you. Let's face it, Forrest hurt Rampage, but couldn't finish. Then couldn't complete the triangle. After the mid-3rd round Forrest didn't even try to finish the fight.

Why? He seems like a really humble and respectable guy to me. He didn't ***** or anything about the decision and gave forrest all the credit.
Obviously not in this fight.

I used to really not like him until I saw more of him on TUF, then I realized he really isnt a jackass. He just acts like one before the fight which all of them do to get ready and get in the zone. He's not a bad guy, there are lots that are way worse.

forrest did that 3 years ago when his fight mainstreamed MMA into everyones home

Rampage was playing it smart by letting Forrest come in and trying to stay away from the leg kicks. Rampage was clearly dominate when he was in close and counter striking. After the 2nd round the leg kicks weren't even affective and when rampage was on top and not doing anything that should have counted as points then too. Rampage landed the power shots and was way more accurate.

Forrest in a groove early, Rampage out of his game = Decision Forrest. I missed on the split decision.

Point is Forrest followed his fight and is now the Champion.

They're always gonna look for the new hot thing to push and get ratings. I wouldnt go as far to say he won a legitimate scored fight because it was rigged for ratings and money though. At least give the guy his credit for winning the fight.

Honestly I would, but he didnt win the fight...Im not a rampage fan at all, his stand up is his best skill, and i like ground fighters but, whats right is right, and Forrest DIDNT DO ENOUGH TO WIN THE CHAMPIONSHIP, maybe in a undercard match yes, but not for the title
