I think it will go no longer then the second round.. i really believe brock will ground him and pound him until the ref stops it.. most likely first round.. but i think randy will have a good defense and get tired mid 2nd round.. i know hes no ***** but i think the power that brock is going to bring is going to surprise, and tire him out fast..

I really do not see Randy taking brock out.. i think itll be very very hard to knock him out, and randy had trouble SOMETIMES when he fought Sylvia when taking him down, and Sylvia is nothing near the size or powerhouse as lesnar is..

Huh?, I remember Couture taking down a 6'8 268lb Sylvia time and time again in that fight.

4th fight, but seeing how his UFC introduction was a tournament he won then went on to win a championship elimination match with Vitor Belfort, in which he was a huge underdog. I say he pretty much earned his shot. A 3 win streak one of which was over an opponent which he was heavily out favored the other two he won in one night, then he got a shot. Lesnar hasn't done anything beside lose by a leg lock from lack of experience.

rkeep in mind randy is coming out of retirement. sure he is legend in the UFC.but hes coming back as just another fighter though.

Keep in mind he's the only 6 time belt holder in the UFC and one of two(B.J. Penn) that's held a belt at 2 different weight classes. Plus almost all of his fights have been championship matches either defending or winning. 12 of his last 13 fights have been for a championship.

Seeing as he signed a new contract he'll be there for 3 more fights win or lose. I really don't think he wants to go back to court with the UFC. This fight should be an explanation of what the outcome of that will be.

Doubt it, Dana White has never gave a shit about any fighter other than Chuck Liddell. I think his main concern is trying to shut down Affliction. They already banned the Affliction logo from all fighters which sponsored Couture along with alot of other fighters that need that kind of sponsorship.

On paper, its Randy.. BUT Brock hits like a Mack Truck, and has a height advantage therefore a reach advantage. If Randy tries to keep a distance then it will be a KO voctory for Brock because he will land a few. If Randy gets in tight as he should, Brock wont know what to do other than tap eventually to a submission, or ride out 5 rounds of misery. I honestly think it will be a boring fight, myself.

Itll be like watching a Crocop fight.. scary if he lands that monster kick, but thats almost all he's got! Mir took some SHOTS in Brocks debut but all he needed was an ankle lock to get it done

I hope randy wins by KNOCKOUT. i hate lesnar, he got a free ride to a chmpionship match. i love the commercials for this also, randy a 3 time champ, lesnar a what 1992 wrestling all american...LOL.if thats all it takes then al bundy who scored 4 td's in a single game should be a god in the ufc.

Couldn't put it any better. I would like to see Brock take it, as I have always liked the guy, even in the WWE and did big things there. Would really like to see him do welll and belive he isn't all hype like Kimbo Slice was. He is purely a beast, strong, fast just needs to be smart while he is in there, hence the reason he lost to Mir. I think if he didn't get in that ankle hold, that match would have went different.

Reason Randy wins IMO is the same reason Mir won. Experience!

i think ill be watching this at my boys house tonight. personally , im going for couture. i just think hes a good guy. nothing against lesnar , but i dont think he has anything really going for him besides his strength. i may be wrong though.

Lesnar was an all american in college at every level. 1999 ncaa runner up and 2000 champion. Coulture will have to go "outside" of the box to beat Lesnar and I really doubt he takes Lesnar down. Lesnar is a world class wrestler only reason why he didn't push harder into Olympic wrestling was he was making 6 figures plus as a pro wrestler.

Mir is a freak, when healthy he is easily the most dangerous heavy weight in the world...anyone remember what he did to Tim Sylvia's arm? LOL Was pretty gross.
