Yup, you heard right, this baby is for sale! Sadly, due to recent repair costs on my

car, I have to put this up for sale to cover the bills... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

If you didn't get in on the first two buy-ins, here's your chance to own a unique, very low production woofer full of kickassery!

I've been using it for the past month in a 3ft^3 sealed box in my car with about 1.5kW on it...make no mistake, this woofer is a low-end monster. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif

Thanks for looking!

this sub is the real deal. NOT on the LMT's level though. Eclipse Ti doesn't compare not a bit...only thing they have in common is the basket. For the asking price, you can get a brand new Brahma 15.....which wouldn't touch this sub in any aspect---from SQ, to SPL, to low bass (extention), to powerhandling. Someone will be happy with the purchase //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

BTW, I have 2 UE's (which is a really slighty variant of this sub---actually mine has a little more xmax, ect.) 15's. But jump on this b4 you regret not gettin' it.

More low end

Higher power handling

It will sound louder to the ear due to this. Whether or not it's louder on the meter, I don't know. Similar sound to the Brahma, but with more dominance 35hz and down. Can't really emphasize the low end enough, sealed it shakes my car apart, literally. Clips are letting go.

just FYI everyone, there were only a few of these made.. and the post-buy-in i talked to jlaine (who did this all up and talked to TC sounds - and got them all made) about buying one. and sadly i just cant afford it. if it were a few months from now, id get it right now. but sadly i cant.

any woofer you have heard or seen ).

bump for an insane *and extremly rare* piece of equipment.

Well here's the thing. I would be really interested in this sub. However I've heard that most "uberwoofers" can't handle very high frequencies, comparatively. I mean, my mids cross at 95 with 24 db/octave slope, and I'm assuming that I would have to cross this sub at less than 85. I just don't want too big of a gap there. What would be the max that you would cross it at?

Brian

Yeah, once you got 15", you'll never go back! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

This sub isn't made for "high" bass. It'll be inaudiable after 70 hz, garanteed. But really, why would you want a sub that plays over 70-75 hz?!?!?? That yeilds bad SQ, IMO, and also henders low bass performance, IMO.

XXX doesn't have to SQ that this sub has either.

V.

ANY sub will play 70hz audibly.

I have had mine crossed at 80hz, 63hz, 52hz. It does very well at any of those frequencies, you just have to have the midbass to back up the low end, or turn down the sub to blend. Very transparent if you have decent midbass. I wouldn't recommend crossing any sub higher than 80hz, but I care about stage location.

I don't see why you'd have a problem with the DLS. Why not cross them slightly lower and call it a day.
