The secret is... at home depot, they sell 16x49 pieces of MDF for shelving. I just lopped off 9" of three of the boards to form three of the sides, 15.5" off of the board that was the front, and then cut the port pieces and sides... and since they're all 16" tall.. they fit together perfectly. ya, but thats like $32 for a sheet compared to like $20 when you buy it like that
