Nope, has a side port.

But wow, they're getting louder as they break in. Very impressive subs for the money. Sounds like its doing around 147-148 to the ear but only a meter will let me know for sure. Even did hair tricks with it. Haha

Now, does the output loss/gain differ from car to car whether the subs are firing backward or forward? Or does it not even matter?

Yes another 8th Gen owner! Could I PM you questions about your Civic and box configurations? This will be my first Ported setup and I'm going with 2 SA-12's like your temp setup in the vid.

Never tried it firing to the rear in this civic but im sure ill lose if it was firing to the rear.
