Possibly either a loose speaker wire connection at the passive crossover, or something loose inside the passive crossover itself...the latter would fall under the warranty if the products are covered by a warranty. I would try double checking the speaker wire connections on the passive crossover on the right side. If all checks out there, I would start messing around with the passive xover. Try switching it to the other side and see if the problem persists. Blown. Or could be a problem with the wiring (loose wiring) or a problem with the passive crossover. Again, double check all of the speaker wire connections both at the speaker and at the passive xover. Double check all of the settings on the passive. Again try swapping the xovers and see if the noise stays in that tweeter or switches to the other side
