So yeah, I picked up two 12" re re for my first sound system in my 2000 sunfire. I have no idea what to do for the amp however...The subs are dual 4 ohm, 175w 250max, so i'm probably going to feed each sub 200w. Any idea on a single amplifer that I can use to power both? I assume I should use wiring option one...?: rather then: I want to use 8gauge wire, since I am never going to go above 500w. Any help would be greatly appericated, as I know nothing about what i'm doing...
