Twitches

I have recently (within the last 2 days) had several twitches in my left hand, by my thumb, that makes my thumb move back and forth a little bit, and its happens constantly, when I think about it, it doesnt go away. and one in my right arm at my bicep. I dont know why, or anything like that. Can nicotine withdrawl cause this to happen? What things could cause twitches?

Please, no smart *** comments, I only want serious answers.

My boss smokes cigs, he cant hold his hand steady at all.

Its kinda freaky sometimes.

Yea, it started about that time, but I just had a smoke today (to see if thats why), and it didnt seem to help.

everyone gets twitches now and then

sometimes my Eyelid twitches its not visable but I feel it moving

weird and irrataing sometimes..........

twitches are usually associated with stress or anxiety. ive had my eye lids and arms twitch many many many times in my life after about 13. it happened to me even when i quite smoking cigs. its no big deal, its just annoying as F**K. i wouldnt worry about it.
