TSX 15" with excelon amp

Dude i know said he is gunna get this treo tsx 15" sub and his excelon kac-x812d amp. I have never heard either until just now. how are these products?

I have a previous model of the same amp and it has been pretty reliable so far..I am running mine at 2 ohms and when I first got it, it went into protect fairly frequently if I played song with continous low bass..however, now it RARELY goes into protect..I am happy with it for the price..I have heard that some people have issues running it at 1 ohm...Say they go into protect easy..That TSX is a dual 2 ohm sub so he may want to check into that.. The x812d puts out just 100 more watts at 1 ohm than 2 ohm anyways..
