(basically its dynamat... aluminum foil type stuff, with a black tar\asphalt layer that has sticky stuff) and apply it to the inside of your trunk under the carpet.that will stop almost any rattle. do a search for "peel n seel" in the forums. should find alot of info.</blockquote>
