Yes, it can be true, it all depends on what happens. Theyll decide later. It usually isnt for long tho, 6 months usually. Nothing you can do but wait.

I LIVE IN NY, YOU DO NOT, i got a ticket for 21 over in a 45 7 months after i got my license, i got a $95 fine and had to go to drivers ed.stfu asshat, states are different. Just because its one way up in shitville south dakota dont mean its the same here in ny, all the people i kno who have gotten tickets within a year of getting their license have not gotten it taken away, thats not how NY does it, now, they do consider taking it away if its 25 over, but he didnt get it for 25 over, it was 17 over. so pull your head out of your *** ****tard
