well yeah, theres alcohol in your system, but drunk and under the influence are 2 very different things

I have never had a hangover, anyone ever hear of that? I drunk two fifths of ET and chased it with some fruity smirnoff apple shit and passed out, woke up 7am the next morning went to the carwash washed the car and what not. Wasnt even sick to my stomach. On my senior trip drunk about 2 cups of moonshine and got hammered off that but never got sick. I don't drink a whole lot don't know if that has anything to do with it. I also don't drink cokes and stuff so I don't know. Prolly shouldn't brag about it tho cuz next time I drink might get alcohol poisoning or have the worst hangover ever.

Its cause your from KY. I think its probably genetically bred into you, not to get hangovers.

not sure how. a person can do a urine analysis or a breathalizer and be clean, even with a hangover. your body gets rid of 1 oz. of alcohol every hour. you could drink 10 shots of jack daniels in 1 hour, wake up after 10 hours of sleep with a hangover and still pass a UA or a BA.

I learned all about this in defensive driving. shit you could get a DUI just for being sleepy since you are not thinking properly

what? do you live in el salvador? remind me to never drive through where you live. i think your defensive driving class was trying to scare people into driving straight. i'd like to see them convict someone for a dui for being tired. a dui requires a breathalizer at the jail or on site to convict. they lied to you.
