I'm the only one home right now so I'll check if the amp goes into protect, later. What is a DMM? I bought a 1000w wiring kit by SoundQuest just incase if she ever wanted to upgrade anything. It's connected to the RCA Inputs on the amp and the HU. The headunit works fine the whole time. I spliced the remote wire into the the back of the headunit into one of the wires back there, it was labeled something like Amp turn on, I can't remember for the life of me and I cut that wire and cant find the part I cut off. Ill post pictures in my next post. I wired the power wire from the red terminal on my battery to the +12v input on my amp. I wired the rcas from the amp to the the back of the headunit. The remote wire from the REM slot on my amp to the wire behind my HU that I described earlier. The wire from the amp to the subwoofers. The GND wire from my amp to a metal bracket on my car. I'll label all the pictures I post. coming up next
