the cmx are a lil better then the xr,

the xr have louder midrange

and cmx have better bass response ofcourse

for the money the xr are a better deal honestly

both the xr and cmx sounded better then my focal access

and the treo amp is very good has the best diverse aadjustments ive ever used, sq is pretty good, not as good as audison but slightly better then jl slash series from my experience

i dunno if that helps yall out any
