hi a simple question about my transmission in my wondering if my transmission will get get messed up from putting my 77 chevy c10 to floor its running about 320 horses like too much tourque or something?

is it an auto or maual? i have seen one tranny go in a tahoe with a lot of power and 38"s, but it just couldnt handle that amount of torque and grip.

yes it is stock automatic turbo 350 clean fluid and stuff 320 hp motor? it has trans cooler too

throw down a shift kit, and that should ease your worries.

should be fine. i blew mine w/ about 450 bhp. so like 350-400 at the wheels. but thats a stock 2-400r w/ a shift kit and a trans cooler..

a turbo 350 is plenty strong for 320hp assuming the shop that repaired it does good clean work. i'm gonna put one in my truck(avitar) as soon as i get brave enough to do the manual to automatic swap and i'm at 350hp/390ft.
