Also paypal will not do anything, cause its not ebay. Best bet is to use credit cards because you can call your credit card company and they will reimburst you or stop payment.

A simple PM to a mod for an IP check wouldve prevented you and others from being scammed.

Police can't do anything until they are contacted by the Post Office since they are the one's who have to give the info. This isn't mail fraud anyway's unless a Postal Money Order was used. That is the ONLY way the post office will get involved other then giving you info about the package. The post office and police can care less about your package since you have no way to prove he was supposed to send you anything other then a online forum which won't hold up since it's to easy to alter what was posted.
