Tracking phone numbers?

Anyone know how to track phone numbers? Last night my shiit got jacked and the dumbass put my sub up in the classifieds. We were going to meet in the Toys R Us Parking lot but he didnt show. Also in the classifieds he put his phone # down. Dumb fuuck. Now is there a site to put in the # and get his name and address. well if its not blocked and its a land line...phonebook.com does a reverse look up. Post the number up. If its a verizon cell, i may be able to help...

I know some sites you can pay to have their phone number traced even if its a cell number. It's only like $15 which is worth it for getting your sub back.

15 bucks and you get tons of info.... it doesnt come up under a reverse lookup but it shows they can get it and the name is available in their database...
