that is correct they were someone elses sub and amp that i installed for them and then blew them and replaced them myself... the story is... when i first got into audio i was installing 2 cheap 12's and a rockford amp... i used the leads to the back speaker as my amp input because she didn't have pre-outs... i didn't know that the speakers were individually amplified so the voltage was way to high and the first time i turned it on it started smokeing... so i bought a more powerful sony amp for her and bought one of those 15$ aux LP filters and did the inputs right... the next problem was her subs where an off brand called baja and i couldn't find specs ANYWHERE for what they were rated for so the new sony amp was set too high and blew one of them... i took it out and gave her 2 12w0's i had lieing around... thank god she ended up happySo you blew someone elses sub and amp? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif :crap: //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
