id let it cure better to be safe than sorry. id give it a day or 2 just to make sure. other than that it should be good to go and hold for a while

24hrs I believe is the full set up time on rtv sealant

use amazing goop i fixed a big rip in my e8 with it stuff works great and its cheap

I think the RTV silicone is done curing now, going to install the woofers tomorrow and test them out.

I'm going to be pretty devastated if the surround gets destroyed right away, I should've been more careful when I took the SA12's out of the box haha.

How much for a couple of SPL recones from Sundown if the SA12 ends up ruined?

I believe around 85, i know a drop in re-cone for my obsidian 12 was 85 threw him. But that silicon should work fine

Yeah I screwed it to the bottom piece of the box but I thought wood glue would suffice for the lid... apparently not haha

i do believe sa recones are very cheap, in a good way.
