If I put the gains as low as possible, I can not hear the sub at all over the 400x.&nbsp; If I up the gains even to 1/4, at high volumes the sub sound like it pops, or looses all integrity..&nbsp; Is there a problem with the amp?&nbsp; Or is this what is sounds like when you have an amp too strong for a speaker..&nbsp; The MTX is rated at 250 RMS 500 MaxWould the USA-600x power the SI D2 Mag 12 better?&nbsp; I have a USA-300x to use on the SI sub, but I am affraid to try to run that amp untill I update my wire.Oh yeah...&nbsp; And the 400x means a ton more sound deadening material or something! lol&nbsp; In a Bass track on a test CD I have the passengers side door rattles like crazy!!&nbsp; For some reason the drivers side sounds fine.</blockquote>
