Jensen 10 disk JDC-10RF. Missing the input wire that goes between the changer and the FM modulator, that wire plug is shown in the picture. Also comes with the remote controller and an FM Modulator. Changer worked great when i removed it several years ago, and powered up normally today to test it. also comes with mounting brackets
