to much vibration on the roof

Take a look through my build log (in my sig). Not sure exactly what page it is, but you need to take off the headliner and put foam, deadener, wood, more bracing, anything to stop it.

deadener is not to heavy for the roof? thanks info
That's the point of deadener, you want to make it heavier //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Well really it's to lower the panel resonance, blah, blah, blah, but essentially you just make it heavier.

But even deadener won't totally eliminate it. Have to add wood panels in between the supports, or more metal supports, to get it to actually stop. Mine still flops around, but it doesn't rattle.

bro u got me wrong . thats a sick blazer //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif nice build the way u did the twitter i want them like that on my truck.
