I did it again..

I have a tendency to buy more power than I need. It keeps happening. I Have plans for somethign small and then end up with way more than I want in the car.

Last year I was gonna run a single ab100 with a single sub and i ended up with a few of em strapped , a huge box , a new alt and a few extra batteries. So I stripped it all out to do something small. A few 100 watts maybe. Nice and light in my camaro.

So I got a single 12. A nice big 4 channel. It wasnt just quite enough. I decided to get a decent 800 watt amp and a seperate matching 2 channel and build a slightly larger box....

A ct sounds 1400.1 pops up on the forum and Im like " Ooooh, I want that." Now im looking at the 125.4 ( or maybe something more sq oriented but loud ) and thinking about getting another 12 so I dont kill my single OA 12..

WTF is wrong with me? Im half deaf , 47 years old and still cant seem to just keep it simple.

LOL. If I do that then Im going back to the plan of the at 800.1 and ct 125.2.

well I have a 800.1 sitting. Was used maybe for about a week. Maybe 5 hours play time tops. Really a great little amp. And gotta love the plexi backs
