...i don't know if i'll ever ride again. It wasn't anything major...At least by today's crash standards...but it scared the shit out of me.nothing but a casket on wheels //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
That is the truth, but nothing good in life comes without risk. I ride in jeans, boots, and a tshirt, no helmet. Part of the experience for me is being in the open air and having full vision to check everything out while cruising. There are 2 kinds of riders.....
Those that have crashed and those that are going to crash.
I'll be honest with you. If i was wearing what you wear i probably would have had a broken jaw and looked like nic cage in faceoff....during the operation. That is the truth, but nothing good in life comes without risk. I know riding that way sometimes comes at a price, my dad got in an accident on the hwy on my bike quite a few years ago. He got severely bashed up, luckily he had leathers on, but no helmet. It took him a while but he got back on.

Can't disagree with that. When my dad wrecked his head looked like a red basketball. To me though no helmet is part of the experience, for me it would not be even close to the same, so I accept that risk.I'll be honest with you. If you crash, you'll probably die.
at least wear a helmet and a jacket.
Congratz on the 12!!!! LOL. Stand that baby right up there.^^ i think the helmet is toast... 150 down the drain....![]()

It's not a risk it's a death sentence. Of course, then again, you'll be happy somewhere...wherever...once your dead, so i guess until that time comes. Have fun. Can't disagree with that. I wear the jacket when its cold out (winter and a little of spring/fall). I look forward to it about as much as fukn a fat girl though...sure its still fun, but not the same experience. It's not a risk it's a death sentence. But seriously, if your not gonna wear a helmet, at least pick up a light textile jacket man.
