Tires for 30's?

Friend was considering trying out 30" Rims on his truck(Avalanche) and he knows he needs a lug conversion, but either way I cant find tires for them.

Any clue, anyone? Where they're not unGodly overpriced to hell and back?

Also, I've heard of Giovanni, but there is a set on Egay that he's considering and they're Giovanna, what the hell is that?

well its not that it doesnt work.

no the dub style its tight, and that truck was done pretty well.

just not my taste
