In all fairness, the re-release of these rules has just occurred in the past hour or two. Lets give the members a chance to learn the rules before we sart banning people. This of course does not mean that members who I/we KNOW already have been made aware of the rules will not be dealt with severely if they appear to be pushing the 'lets give it time' stipulation. At this point, we need to handle most of these situations on a case by case basis.
Please be patient all. First off, there are only so many mods. And second, we want to treat everyone as fairly as possible. The bad apples will show themselves and be removed, while others will see they need to straighten up and the issues will be (mostly) resolved. Thankyou again to everyone for being patient, as I can clearly see there is a significant amount of frustration currently.
