Tinsel Lead Detached...What to do?

Umm, I don't pay for food
On my 12" Napalm the tinsel lead has tore apart right near the cone. My question is, should I dab some solder to connect the two ends or what? I know that it "may" be a faulty connection and may not stay together. Any ideas? BTW, the leads is built INTO the spider, so I am not soo sure what to do.

I'll get some pictures.

I brought it to a bunch of shops and they can't do anything about it, and then they said if I solder, you will just break. I can't relly do anything, so it's pretty much shot. I think I am going to use some epoxy or CA glue, which is a little bit more flexible, and it might hold. If not, then I'll sell it or get a recone.

DFS still might be able to supply you with a recone, if not you'll most likely be on your own if you want to aquire parts for it, which is always a nasty task if you're not in the know about what specs to purchase for materials. Might just make a nice future door stop for you. Sorry //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
