i seem to have run into some trouble removing screws from the motor. i scraped alot of glue off the top. im trying to remove the basket from the MT motor. i bought an impact driver upon chad hicks suggestion and dont quite know how to use it. three or four of the screws still have a little thread left, and im trying to remove them, theyre almost stripped though. i took a drill to them; wrong idea. anyone got some suggestions. yes, i accept the constructive criticism also.

what is an easy out screw remover? and how wud locking pliers work necessarily? i bought an impact driver, not a wrench, but i dont see how it helps at all, theyre not completely stripped yet.

You use a hammer with the impace screwdriver. It should be spring loaded to try and turn the screw out when you hit it.

Otherwise a chisel and hammer and try tapping it out. Good luck...
