Dreamline tweeter with new better mids, a phaseplug one at that as an option. More powerhandling, better crossovers. Just gives you options. BTW the prices Don posted are cheap, but they are not MSRPOH thats why its so cheap, they are entry level (dreamline)
Are these new lines (CSX265 and SAX265) going to be comparable in midbass output with the SLC line? I'm not sure why Rainbow would start another speaker line so close in price to the SLCs.

The SLC tweeter is still better, a tad larger in diameter. Cal 20 is smaller format, you can pivot them . The phase plug version of Dreamline suggest a nicer detailed midrange compared to the regular versions, I bet with a tad less output- kinda looks like the cone material Focal uses for the Utopias. The aluminum coned version looks like it will give you the best of both worlds- basically that tweeter mated to the Powerline CMX mids it appears. In those regards this may be the set to go with to get most bang for the buck in the Dream Line.how do these compare to the SLC? they seem to be in the same price range, so are they about equal?
