We did that to my old boss when he left Circuit City. We also filled up small dixie cups with water and placed them all over the floor so the only way he could get in was to empty each and every cup otherwise he would spill them all. After the cups and post its were in place we filled the room with balloons almost to the ceiling so he couldnt see anything, but balloons. It was hilarious.
