Okay, I went to the guys house, the amp is an MTX Thunder 8100D 1 year old, the subs are brand new Alpine Type-R 15" 2-ohm, the HU is an Alpine, not sure of the model number, i know its only 6 months old, bulit in x-over, 4 4V amp pre-outs, brand new it was

$597.43, i saw the reciept. Everything has the manufactuers warranty, plust another 2 year plan on the audio store i bought it from.
