Hey guys, i just recently ordered things from both of these places on Monday. My question is has any of you guys had like serious problems with these guys. TheZeb, seems to be messing with me. They havent sent me a tracking number, and every time i send an email asking if its been shipped out they say, we will send you a tracking number when its sent out. I mean how much is it to ask to look it up and see if my order has been shipped. Its pissing me off to a point where i think they might be scamming me. Do any of you guys think thats possible? Also IkeSound.com, i order an Alpine HU from them, and i emailed them yesterday and no response. Whats up with that. I guess all im asking is, has anyone had problems with these 2 companys, would they scam me out of 532.98 worth of products? Any help you guys can give me is greatly appreicated.

I have ordered probably a hundred items from ikesound in the past. I was always pleased with them. Until just recently. I ordered a HU for someone through them. I waited 2 weeks after sending the money, still no package, no email with tracking number, no nothing. So, I called western union to see if the money order had been cashed and sure enough it had been. I call ikesound to see what they say, they claim they never recieved anything from me at all. So, I filed a fraud report at the post office. About a week later, a package arrives from them. But low and behold, the packaging was opened and the HU appeared to have been USED! I was going to withdraw my fraud complaint, but since they did not send me a new one, like I PAID for, they are still in the wrong. They have lost my future business for sure...

Whatever happened to good businesses? I swear something is wrong with the world these days....

i've ordered from Thezeb a couple of times, and after a couple emails they gave me the tracking numbers, and it shipped fast

the only reason u probaly haven't gotten a tracking number is cuz u just ordered. ikesound only ships out once a week, and probaly the same from thezeb. i have personally ordered twice from ikesound with only a minor problem. i ordered 2 subs and an amp and well the amp came first and so i called ikesound and said where the hell are my subs and they said on backorder but they send they would be here in 3 days. infact they were here in 3 days.

just give it time youll get ur stuff, i believe it says it takes 3-5 buisness days to ship and its only been like 4 so just give it time

Well i ordered the Component Speakers and Component Amp on Thursday last week, had trouble with credit card, so it didnt ship out till monday. So i should have a tracking number by now from thezeb.com right? I just order the HU on tuesday night from IkeSound. I just thought i'd have a confirmation number by now.

the zeb usually ships within 24 hours, like it says on the sight. my brother and his friends have ordered from them several times and had no problems. their stuff arived in a few days. thezeb is truly legit.

They don't send out tracking numbers unless you email them and ask for one, in which case they'll give it to you.
