Im not going through this whole thread but those wheels would look horrible.. You need at least a 40 series tire and more like a 6 spoke wheel. Those would look better on a 2nd gen with 40's.

My boy had a third gen with some wheels just like this, maybe 1 spoke less with a 35, looked more like a 20, didnt fill the wheel well..
