Does anyone have expierience with these, I really like them because of the price and that I wouldent have to build crossovers (I dont know how:crap:) I guess I just want a little HT and something to listen to listen to music with. I really like the look of them but are the drivers any good. Are they a good bargain setup or could I do better for the money?

Well, there's no reason they shouldn't be good. They're a simple tried and true design. Don't expect audiophile performance, but for clean, room-filling sound? They'll fit the bill.

x2...
Goldwood products really aren't that bad either, especially for the money...

Yea, this is one of those projects where there's no reason for anything to NOT be good, but you shouldn't expect excellence. Goldwood makes great OEM replacement drivers, and as such, makes good all purpose cones. Throw a couple in a box with a simple x-over, and you'll be good to go.

This is going to be my first time doing anything thats home audio now heres my question, they are all 8 ohm drivers and then they go into the crossover what is the final load that my receiver would see?
