I was just stating that for some people, medicinal use of marijuana helps. It helps a lot. As far as marijuana becoming legal... I think marijuana is a much safer alternative to alcohol. How many people die each year due to alcohol related incidents? (overdose?, car crashes?) Too many. It's nearly impossible to overdose on marijuana. You would have to smoke close to 4,000 (the number is probably much higher than that) times the regular amount to begin to feel negative effects. However, I guarantee you pass out LONG before that. Not only is it a safer alternative, it could turn into a billion dollar industry. Legalizing would also eliminate the need for drug dealers. Which results in less crime. I personally believe the police need to focus on the violent crime offenders. They need to cut the bullshit and stop arresting people, wasting our tax dollars, because some kid had a little bit of weed.

Those are very good questions. Marijuana would definitely need to be regulated. Personally, I've never experienced the inability to drive because of marijuana. Although for some the effects may be slightly more intense. So I would have to say yes, don't DUI. As far as road side testing goes, I have no idea. Like I said, marijuana doesn't effect me to the point I can't operate myself. As for an age limit, I think 18 is fair. Some may think that's too young. However, you legally become an adult at that age, so why not.

What an evil, evil, drug, huh? Marijuana is far less harmful than most medications on the prescription drug market today. Before you start spewing your bullshit about how it makes you "a brain dead hippie", learn the facts. Marijuana is not any more harmful than eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast.
