THE Thread

It's a baby Bronco, SyKo.

'90 model Bronco II - small v6 / 2wd

It's a recent acquisition - bought it running from a crackhead for $100.

It's going to cost me more to retitle it to myself than it did to actually purchase it! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Ah the small ones, weaksauce lol

I got a '92, 302:D 4wd

Has a lot of torque...

Had it for about 8 years now, picked it up for 5 grand with 52k miles

Now it has 157k miles lol, still strong

But I can't top that $100 bucks lol

I'm off for the day, off to the dunes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

PeaCE oWT

Well I'm home fucken early .........

It was set that we were gonna meet up at a hill here, so I get there first, and wait for everyone, then they call me and tell me they found a better place, so there I go, I get there, and I can't even go in there in the truck, P.O.S gets stuck in any kind of loose dirt, so I wait for my brother to find a road where I can in there, so he finds a road, and he tells me to wait there, he takes off, and goes has fun for about 10 minutes, while I'm waiting like a dumbfuck in the truck waiting for him to tell me where I can park, of course that never happened, I got pissed off and came home

I'm in a shitty mood now...

Ruined my fucken day, everytime I listen to him, something bad happens...

Weaksauce, eh?

That would be why yours is parked because it drinks gas like there is no tomorrow?? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

By way of comparison a Bronco II with a 2.9L v6 and a 5spd for $100 begins to be not as weak, eh?

Oh - and here is a hint for ya....quit listening to your brother //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

It's in fair shape for its year and the amount I paid for it.

I'm glad all the glass is solid as I wouldn't want to know what those rear side windows that have that weird curve at the top would cost to replace...

Every older Ford truck of any type that I see - whether it's an F-series fullsize, a Ranger, Bronco or Bronco II, whatever...every single one of them I see that's more than 10 years old or so has the front bumper curled down at the edges.

Is this some safety feature Ford builds into their truck bumpers?

Any kind of impact and they turn down automatically?
