I'd bet they do.The amount of current needed to retain those memory settings would be measured in milliamps so it isn't going to be a huge draw...
Well I was thinking about the "other" stuff. As the easy way would be to tap right in at the battery terminals... you'd have to power the car's computer and junk.... which in idle mode probably is not much extra draw... but that crap can add up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

True - but in the two minutes it's going to take the average person to loosen the terminals, remove the old battery, put the new battery in that spot, and then tighten the terminals onto the new battery's posts I don't think it would be an issue...
