it's a long story that involves me getting arrested and fired but she had a miscarriage. this would've been her first baby so she is quite upset about it, as i suppose you would if it had been your 5th child

well i won't get into full details, but she calls me sunday and is frantic saying he's gonna kill her and i'm like wtf, she says her husband is out of control, so i say call the cops. well i couldn't just sit around so i got my cousin and we went to battle creek (normally a 2 hour drive) get there the cops still aren't there, we take matters into our hands, then cops finally show up, we get arrested for assault, through this fiasco i loose my job for being a no show a couple days in a row. apparently this jackass grabbed my sister by the neck, and threw her down a staircase causing her to miscarry. after explaining the case to my employer, they have agreed to give me my job back, with probation. my lawyer says most likely charges will be dropped on us. steve on the other hand is facing manslaughter charges among others.

that was my past week in a nutshell

when my sister gets well i talk to her about suing the police since it took them 2 hours to respond to a domestic abuse call. had they arrived sooner she wouldn't have lost the baby

plus he's gonna end up in jackson. my lawyer says juries come down hard on wife beaters, and especially when a baby is involved. he said if michigan had the death penalty they'd fry him.
