how much do they run? is basically just transfering files onto it? i hate with itunes that i cannot organize it the way i want to

Its drag and drop and you can put any files you want on it, .jpg .gif .avi .wmv. Its basically a Hard drive. I think I paid $260 for it. Has a radio on it too and a recorder.
