what are you trying to do?

i PUT a new HD in an old computer. The HD was bad. But the original problem was that there was a boot password on it, I reset the cmos to get past that.

whenever i have problems with my hard drive i put a giant magnet next to my computer and then reinstall windows, seems to work pretty good.

I have no giant magnet. I reinstalled windows but when it came to the restart, thats where it doesnt do anything.
