I do have a friend that's gonna help me get it installed (the only friend I have that I actually trust his level of automotive mechanical aptitude to do the job properly) but I'm having to work around his regular work schedule and that's proving to be rather a PITA.

For what he's charging me to do it, however, I can't really complain.

Ya it's a lot of work.. Four of us did a buddy's Ford Tempo a while back in one afternoon.. I still feel bad for resurrecting a Ford Tempo.. But it's running better than ever and it's all he could afford, so ya.. I couldn't handle the thought of my car sitting in the driveway and not being able to go anywhere.. I'd crack..

Thankfully Gossamer isn't sitting in my driveway aggravating me.

It is down at my bud's house where there is a much more appropriate venue for such a venture (where he has space to work on such things, a motor stand, a cherry picker, etc etc etc)

It would likely be worse if I had to see it everytime I walked outside....
