As far as I know, yes. I talked to his girlfriend for a while on the phone last night so that made both of us feel better about it. For his one phone call, he called his roommate and he said that he will probably be out late this afternoon after standing in front of the judge. He only owes $400 in previous fines, so once he pays that he should be good to go on the driving while suspended ticket. The whole situation is pretty shitty though and I feel bad for his girlfriend more than I do him .
