man am i tired. we had to run 8 laps around our track(2 laps = a mile) 4 sets of pushups 15 reps.4 sets of curls up 25 reps that was yesturday

today i did 2 1mile and a quater runs.

more push ups and curl ups the seated dips

im so tired

o this is for pe. up at the highschool(summerschool) im taking it so i canget credits and only take 1 yr of pe.

my legs hurt rite now. well its hard for me cuzz i havent ran in the longest.
